These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern the conditions for using the legal services provided by dr. Krantz Orsolya, sole practitioner attorney (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”), and the appointment booking system available on the website.

4. Appointment Booking and Consultation
An appointment booked through the website constitutes a preliminary arrangement; the consultation is confirmed once the booking has been verified. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel an appointment for good cause.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for consultation and legal representation are agreed upon by the parties in an individual engagement agreement. Any prices shown on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider compiles the content published on the website with due care; however, it is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. A specific consultation is always required for individual matters.
7. Intellectual Property

The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any disputes relating to these Terms amicably, through negotiation.

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the Legal Profession.
